GC Participation:¶
Accounts¶
A single account per participant. You can not submit from multiple grand-challenge accounts. Each participant is allowed to solely submit from a single account.¶
Code-sharing¶
Participants are only allowed to share scripts among their team members. Code sharing with other participants should be made publicly available through our forum.¶
Teams¶
Teams are allowed. Participants in a team are not allowed to make individual submissions outside of their team, as this unfairly increases the submission chances. Each participant can only join one team.¶
Exclusion policy¶
We reserve the right to exclude from ISLES'24 challenge those participants/teams breaking any of these rules.
ISLES'24 MICCAI CHALLENGE:¶
In order to be considered in the ISLES'24 MICCAI LEADERBOARD and in order to be invited as a co-author for the final challenge results manuscript, participants MUST comply with the following requirements (in addition to the above mentioned GC rules):
1) Submission of a working method to the final TEST phase of the challenge. Deadline: August 28th at 23:59 (CET)
2) Submission of an abstract describing the adopted solution (no figures and table, only text, max 300 words) and submission of (see table) filled-in (please download and submit an .xlsx).
3) Registration to the workshop day in MICCAI'24 (Day: October the 10th, 2024).
4) Open GitHub repository for the submitted algorithm with a permissive open-source license (e.g. Apache 2.0).
TO PARTICIPATE, FILL IN THE FORM BY AUGUST the 30th, 2024. It has a place to upload your abstract, .xlsx table, and proof of workshop registration as a zipped file (please name your file with the GC username/team-name from which the algorithm submission was done).
Participants that do not comply with the ISLES'24 rules will be excluded from the MICCAI leaderboard and from the challenge manuscript.
Note: ISLES participants are also invited to submit a full conference manuscript to the SWITCH workshop. This call for papers is independent from the ISLES challenge participation. More information.
RANKING¶
- The ISLES'22 ranking will be announced at MICCAI'24, during the SWITCH workshop (October the 10th).
- The ranking is performed at a case-level, as described in our challenge proposal. It is the same ranking scheme used in previous ISLES editions. You can check a detailed explanation of the ranking scheme here.
After MICCAI'24, the grand-challenge leaderboard will be published and the challenge will be closed. However, this ranking might differ from our ISLES-MICCAI challenge ranking, as it is computed in a different way (in grand-challenge, the ranking is calculated using the 'mean' value of each metric, which is different to our ISLES ranking that works at a case-level). For the MICCAI challenge and for the manuscript, the ISLES24-MICCAI ranking is only considered.
